Previously named the Infiniti JX35, the 2014 QX60 full-size, seven-passenger, three-row luxury crossover utility vehicle is offered in four models: QX60, QX60 AWD, QX60 Hybrid, QX60 Hybrid AWD.
For 2014, the previous Premium Package is now split into Premium Package and Premium Plus Package. A Remote Engine Start and heated steering wheel is now part of Premium Package, and Rain-sensing front wipers are now part of Premium Plus Package.
Power-folding third row seats are added to Deluxe Touring Package (3.5-liter models), and auto-dimming inside mirror with HomeLink Universal Transceiver is now added as standard on the 2014 QX60.
On the outside the 2014 Infiniti QX60 pushes the boundaries of what a luxury crossover can be -- with signature styling cues such as dynamic and elegant line treatments inspired by nature. Beyond its stunning exterior, the Infiniti is designed to excel in three areas where luxury crossover buyers put an emphasis -- interior flexibility and roominess, safety, and innovative hospitality features.
On the inside the Infiniti QX60 offers roominess, along with a 2nd row seat design that tilts and slides forward providing exceptionally easy 3rd row access.
The Infiniti QX60 also offers technologies designed to make owners lives a bit easier and more efficient, such as a 14-speaker Bose Studio Surround and an advanced Infiniti Connection Telematics system that can automatically synch the owner's calendar and provide navigation guidance to appointments.
The Infiniti QX60 offers a balance of driving exhilaration and fuel efficiency through a combination of a powerful V6 engine and all-wheel or front-wheel drive. The 2014 QX60 is the first Infiniti to utilize a sport-tuned, but fuel-efficient Continuously Variable Transmission. The CVT mimics a step transmission when the Sport mode of the Infiniti drive selector is engaged.
