About 2008 Acura MDX

Offering a blend of track-tuned performance and dynamic styling, the 2008 Acura MDX pushes performance and sophistication in the luxury SUV segment to new heights. (The completely redesigned 2007 MDX took the competitive SUV market by storm, posting near-record high unit sales each month since its introduction.)

For 2008 MDX receives an automatic dimming rearview mirror and two new colors, Beige Metallic and Pewter Metallic.

The 2008 Acura MDX's power comes from a 3.7-liter SOHC VTEC V-6 engine, a Sequential SportShift five-speed automatic transmission, and Acura's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system providing sports-car-like handling and surefootedness in inclement weather.

The seven-passenger 2008 MDX comes standard with third-row seating, tri-zone synchronized automatic climate control systems, 18- inch aluminum-alloy wheels, eight-speaker Acura Premium Sound System and a host of safety features.

Available packages include: the Technology Package with AcuraLink Satellite Communication System with Real Time Traffic, the Acura Navigation System with Voice Recognition, rearview camera and a 10-speaker Acura/ELS Surround Premium Sound System with a multi-format six-disc DVD-A changer. The Sport Package adds the Active Damper System, an exclusive alloy wheel and premium interior leather. The Entertainment Package includes a rear DVD entertainment system and power tailgate.
