Sporty styling combines with a substantial array of standard and available features in the 2015 Honda Civic lineup.
Joining the 2015 Civic family is a new Special Edition (SE) sedan positioned to provide customers with an even higher-value option, adding telematics, audio, comfort, convenience and style upgrades.
The substantial list of standard features includes a rearview camera with guidelines, expanded view driver's mirror and Bluetooth HandsFreeLink. Available features include the 7-inch capacitive touch-screen Display Audio, HondaLink next-generation connected-car technology, LaneWatch display and Smart Entry with Push Button start.
The CVT, available on the Civic Sedan LX, Civic Coupe LX and EX, and standard on all other trims, enhances the responsiveness of the Civic's 1.8-liter i-VTEC engine by providing quick and smooth acceleration, while its wide ratio range and low internal friction help provide superior fuel efficiency. A slick shifting five-speed manual transmission is standard on the Civic Sedan and Coupe LX and Civic Coupe EX.
The new Civic SE comes equipped with the CVT, 15-inch aluminum alloy wheels with black painted inserts, Honda LaneWatch, automatic climate control, Display Audio with next-generation HondaLink and additional tweeter speakers.
An advanced 140-horsepower, 1.8-liter i-VTEC engine is standard in the Civic Sedan, Civic Coupe and Civic HF, with a choice of a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission.
A variant of the same 1.8-liter engine develops 110 horsepower in the compressed natural gas (CNG) powered Civic Natural Gas.
The performance-oriented Si model has a 201-horsepower, 2.4-liter i-VTEC engine, matched with a close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission. And finally, the Civic Hybrid is powered by an ultra-efficient 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine with Integrated Motor Assist producing 110-horsepower.
