The 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan offers customers style, versatility and added features. For 2017, the Dodge Grand Caravan lineup consists of four models: SE, SE Plus, SXT, and GT.
The innovative Grand Caravan has introduced nearly 80 segment firsts, including ParkView rear backup camera, Stow 'n Place roof rack system and selectable fuel economizer mode. The Grand Caravan's industry-exclusive Super Stow 'n Go seating can be easily operated with one hand, allowing users to convert from carrying seven to hauling cargo in a matter of seconds.
The Grand Caravan SE is the new entry-level model and offers remote keyless entry, sunscreen glass, heat and air conditioning in all three rows, third-row Stow 'n Go with available tailgate seating, 6.5-inch touchscreen radio with ParkView rear backup camera, power locks and power windows in all three rows, power heated mirrors, as well as safety features like trailer sway damping, electronic stability control, seven airbags and daytime running lights.
The Blacktop Package, an exclusive customized blacked-out appearance, is now standard on the SE Plus and continues to be available on SXT models for 2017. The Blacktop Package includes 17-inch polished aluminum wheels with Gloss Black pockets, a Gloss Black grille, black headlamp bezels, an all-black interior, including headliner, door panels and console, unique black seats and door trim panels with silver accent stitching, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with silver accent stitching and a leather shift knob.
At the heart of the Grand Caravan is the award-winning 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine mated to a smooth-shifting six-speed automatic transaxle. In the Grand Caravan, the Pentastar V-6 delivers 283 horsepower, 260 lb.-ft. of torque and best-in-class 3,600 pounds towing.
